How it works

As residents living on the Weskus ourselves, we do our best to source the best builders available in the area. We do this by contacting new homeowners who have just had houses built, keeping an eye on social media and our ears to the ground within the industry. 

We have certain requirements that all builders have to meet in order to qualify to be part of our recommended builder network. This includes being registered with the NHBRC and other important regulatory bodies, are covered by public liability insurance, have a good health and safety record and have solid reviews from recent clients. 

This is where you as a client come in. All you need to do is complete the FIND A BUILDER form on this website and we'll immediately get the ball rolling on finding you 2 of the best matches from our network of builders. Give us 1 - 3 business days and we'll get back to you with at least 2 builders' names who are available to quote on your project. 

We will put you directly in touch with the relevant builders from our network who will then get further details from you in relation to your project requirements. They will subsequently quote you with all details of the project scope, timelines and other important information to consider. 

Once you have liaised with each builder and reviewed their quotes, you are free to choose (or not choose) the builder/quote of your preference. There is no obligation to use one of our builders at any point in time, but hopefully you will find them to be professional and their quotes competitive. 

Once you have decided on a builder, the job gets done, ideally within communicated timelines, within budget and with workmanship of the highest quality.
